IRBlaster interface 1.0.0.3 04 Feb 2005

The IRBControl.exe has only been test under the following conditions;
1) Windows XP Pro SP2
2) Hauppauge PVR-150 capture card drive CD 2.2
IRBControl.exe is designed to be used as an ".exe" channel changer.
It uses the IRBlaster configuration created/set using the Hauppauge
IRBlaster configuration utility. The command line expected to be passed
the channel number.
e.g. "C:\Folder\IRBControl 23" to change to channel 23
Notes;
1) Hauppauge will not release the API documentation for IRBlaster support
2) Due to 1) there is no guarantee about functionality
3) There is no setup routine as all the pre-requisites are installed by
installing the Hauppauge software
