This is dedicated to a section of the community that we can both admire and hate at the same time - The Advertising Executive. These "people" have the creative ability to produce non-history of a positively Orwellian scale. 


Hovis (Real Bread?)

Remember the days of cobbled streets and the little lad on his bike looking forward to "real bread" and real butter? Remember the bakers that would not lower their standards by making that white Wilf? That was our dear street credible Hovis. Now they make the white stuff 'cos they are so good at baking brown (no that's not a euphemism) that they must bake the best white.


Kenco Coffee (Real Coffee?)

Similar story here. Remember the coffee maker that would not touch that nasty chemical instant coffee? That was a quaity aware coffee cracking pals at Kenco. They only every made "real coffee" but now that make instant 'cos they are so good at making the real coffee, just think how good they are at making instant.


Cold Seal Windows (Real Discounts?)

And here we go again. There was a company that never had sales because the had "real discounts" built into their prices. Those nasty other glazing companies just used to con us all by having fake sales to make you think that had dropped the price just for you! Guess who's had a sale now?


Werthers Originals (Real Words?)

How can you have a new type or Werthers "Originals"?
